Kane Brown reunited with Marshmello for their first collaboration together in five years. âMiles On Itâ arrived on Friday morning (May 3).
Last month, Brown teased his new track with the producer and DJ on his Instagram story. Brown said at that time that he had âthe song of the summerâ on the way, and corrected himself on the following slide to say âweâ have the song of the summer, tagging Marshmello. âMiles On Itâ marks the duoâs latest collaboration since they released âOne Thing Rightâ in 2019.
âGirl, let's go put some miles on it/ Back of the Chevy with the engine running/ Just you and me in a truck bed wide like a California King/ We could break it in/ If you know what I mean/ Put some miles on it/ Back of the Chevy with the engine running/ Just you and me in a truck bed wide like a California King/ We could break it in / If you know what I mean/ Put some miles on it / We could break it in/ If you know what I mean/ Put some miles on itâ
âMiles On Itâ follows Brownâs electrifying country anthem, âFiddle in the Band,â and his Phil Collins-inspired single, âI Can Feel It.â The award-winning singer-songwriterâs latest full-length album is Different Man, which released in September 2022. The 17-track album included âBury Me in Georgiaâ the title track with Blake Shelton, âLike I Love Country Music,â âGrand,â âOne Mississippi,â âDrunk or Dreaminââ and âThank God,â the romantic duet with wife Katelyn Brown, among other highlights. Brown kicked off his headlining âIn The Air Tourâ â a nod to his âI Can Feel Itâ lyrics â in late March. The tour includes special guests Tyler Hubbard, Jon Pardi, Chris Young, Bailey Zimmerman, Cole Swindell, Parmalee, LOCASH and RaeLynn.
